iPad interview form and consult recordings filed straight to the CRM

Overview
An iPad app for Lulich & Attorneys that takes their paper estate-planning interview digital without changing how attorneys work. They write with an Apple Pencil on an exact replica of the paper form, and every stroke saves as a draft, so a refresh, closed tab, or sleeping iPad loses nothing.
Every consult produces two things: the handwritten interview and a Plaud recording. On Submit, the form becomes a PDF and is filed on the client's GoHighLevel contact. When Plaud finishes the transcript, it's matched to the interview by attorney and time, filed as a PDF on the same contact, and the matter owner gets a review task. Nobody downloads or uploads a file by hand.
Features
- Pen input on an exact replica of the paper interview form, with undo, redo, and draft saving on every stroke.
- Submit generates a PDF named <Last name> FORM SUBMISSION.pdf and attaches it to the GoHighLevel contact, merging with existing files so earlier documents are never wiped.
- Live client search against GoHighLevel, plus suggestions for clients whose calendar meeting is happening now.
- Plaud transcripts arrive through a Zapier webhook and match to an interview by attorney within a 90-minute window.
- Unclear matches go to an Unmatched recordings list for a person to attach, so a transcript never lands on the wrong client.
- Submissions page tracks each interview (Draft, Searching, Match found, Not found, Submitted) and re-checks every 2 minutes.
- Invite-only accounts with attorney and admin roles.
Highlights
- Access control fit for a law firm: every sign-in needs a password plus a 6-digit emailed code, only admins can invite users, and the GoHighLevel token never reaches the browser.
- Duplicate-safe webhook: rows are keyed on Plaud's CreateTime, so a re-summary updates the record instead of creating a new one. The endpoint requires a shared secret and returns 404 when none is set.
- No framework and no build step: plain HTML, CSS, and JS, with the PDF libraries loaded only when someone presses Submit.
- 29 test files with Vitest and convex-test.
