Overview
A fully custom CRM built for Safe Harbor Law Firm's intake team. It brings all client intake into one platform, cutting manual and admin work so the team runs more efficiently and can take on more clients.
Leads come in from website forms, CallRail call tracking, and Chatwoot live chat. From there the team calls and texts through a RingCentral phone in the browser, emails and schedules through Microsoft 365, books Zoom meetings, sends Confido Legal payment links, and pulls contacts and matters from Clio.
Features
- Browser phone with calls, SMS, and call logs through RingCentral, plus a RingCentral App Connect CRM connector.
- All outgoing email, calendar sync, and availability through Microsoft 365, with documents stored in SharePoint.
- Lead intake from website contact and workshop registration forms, CallRail, and Chatwoot live chat.
- Contact and matter import from Clio Grow, plus Clio Manage API access.
- Invoice payment links through Confido Legal, with a webhook back to the CRM.
- Zoom meeting creation and cancellation.
- AI chat and embeddings through OpenRouter.
- Admin system-metrics page powered by the Vercel API.
Highlights
- In-house auth: bcrypt password hashing, signed tokens (jose), email 2FA, and Convex configured to accept the app's own tokens.
- About 120 API routes, with 4 Vercel cron jobs that renew webhooks and refresh tokens so integrations stay connected.
- Logging to Better Stack and analytics in PostHog, tested with Vitest and Playwright.
