Overview

A Mac app that turns a raw talking-head recording into a captioned 9:16 short for TikTok, Reels and Shorts. Pick a template, add the videos and a few notes, and Claude cuts pauses and retakes, times captions to the voice, and adds graphics in the template's style. The edit plays live in the app with no render, changes are asked for in chat, and export writes an MP4 that's ready to post.

It runs on the buyer's own Claude subscription through an installed, signed-in Claude Code, and videos never leave the Mac. It costs ₱499 once with no subscription, paid by QRPH. It launches October 22 to 23, with 20% off for the waitlist. Windows is coming later.

Features

  • Templates from 2 to 3 reference videos. Claude writes an editable style guide covering pacing, hook, captions, zooms, graphics, and audio.
  • Timeline with a waveform and filmstrip. Highlight a range to Cut, Zoom in, or Fix captions, or ask for any change in chat. Red marks show what Claude changed.
  • Claude can stop to ask questions before editing, shown as a form with text, choice, or file answers.
  • Chat queue: messages sent during a run wait their turn and survive reloads.
  • Undo, Redo, and Restore on any turn. A stopped run's partial changes can be discarded.
  • Preview with TikTok, Shorts, Reels, and YouTube overlays and their safe zones.
  • Export pop-up for the final 1080×1920 MP4 and a 720p preview, with live progress.
  • Sidebar with current edits, recent exports and drafts, and Claude's 5-hour and weekly usage meters.

Highlights

  • Runs the claude CLI headless with stream-json and a JSON schema for every reply (reply, changed ranges, questions), resuming one session per project. API key env vars are stripped so every run uses the user's subscription.
  • Each edit is a HyperFrames HTML composition served from a local 127.0.0.1 server with byte-range support, so it previews instantly and reloads after each turn.
  • Export runs without Claude: HyperFrames renders the frames and ffmpeg muxes the audio.
  • The editing skill transcribes with Whisper large-v3 plus Parakeet word timing for Taglish, finds faces with Apple Vision for punch zooms, can remove backgrounds with RVM, and masters audio to −14 LUFS.
  • Undo is git: one commit per Claude turn, with a pinned ref so Redo survives a reset.
  • Convex holds only accounts, licenses, receipts, and the waitlist. Projects stay as folders on the Mac.
  • Manual QRPH payments: the buyer uploads a receipt, and the admin approves from an email link that needs a POST, so email link scanners can't approve by accident. Approval issues a license key that unlocks the app live.
  • 67 tests on node:test with native TypeScript.
